Challenge Your Way Of Thinking
I can control my own actions and my responses to events. Allow myself to imagine a better future, and I could change to become the person I envisioned.
“What if my dream can become reality by my design? What if I can achieve the impossible? What if I got in six-pack shape? What if I took my business to the next level? What if I accomplished my short-term goals? What if I had $150,000 in the bank?
Show me the books you read, mentors you listen to & associations that you form and develop… and I’ll show you your future. Imagine new possibilities, stretch your belief and dare to try new things.
Action: Challenge and Change
I look at money as a tool to make life easier and borrow more time freedom. Commitment shows up in consistent effort toward a worthy goal or purpose. Work smart and hard to get to the next level. Being a business owner means lead by example, getting paper work done, cleaning tools. I either delegate it, or do it myself. Where there is faith, there is a true knowing beyond a shadow of a doubt, you know that you know that you know, in your heart of hearts that it is true. Exercise my body and mind daily.
Know Your STRONG ”Why”
There are models and formulas for “how” to become a Millionaire, but are useless without the “why”. The WHY fuels the HOW roadmap and gives one’s actions meaning, it drives us.
I work to save and invest money to fuel R.E Investing. I want to do the seeming IMPOSSIBLE because I know what I’ve already accomplished in life, I know how it is made POSSIBLE and will continue to DO IT in the future. It all starts in the imagination/mental video, thinking & feeling. Next you get edumacated and learn how to do it, then you relentlessly put it into massive action & being consistent over a period of time… a lot of it is a numbers game. LOA is behind much of it. You gotta be willing to do what many are not.
When your WHY is too strong, you WON’T give up. What is your clear picture of your “why”? What has snagged your heart’s desire? What will keep you going when you are tired, disappointed or feeling overwhelmed? The larger your GOAL the more powerful your WHY must be.
Do you show up early? Put 110% into everything you do? Do you work/play like your life depends upon it, as if you wanna get your head above water in order to breath? Do you want it that bad? And then once you get the opportunity to get in the game and PLAY, are you the Man or Woman who will Go ALL OUT? WHY will you give it your all?
If you look at the GREATS, what separates the men from the boys, who wins and who loses is who wants it bad enough. Now this must be said “within reason”. You are NOT going to exceed your phisical, mental, emotional, spiritual, etc. etc. unless you have practiced, trained, have good technique, strategy… there are limits (perhaps somewhat in your own mind)… but most of those limits are well below the level they should be by most. So one should train and get better if you want to beat the competition. I.e You probably, unless your 350 lb. Bouncer , try to fight Arnold Schwarzenegger (when he was in his prime) and expect to win. But I’ve heard of 250 lb. Guys beating up 350 lb’ers. Especially if their WHY was BIG enough.
What motivates and, or inspires you? What’s your why? What reasons or people spring you out of bed in the morning?
Work like your Grandpa’s Grandpa
More “Work ethic” and less leisure time. Working hard will cure many a thing. Keeps your mind active and body strong. At the end of the day you have a good tired and sleep easily. Grandpa had a 69-70 hour work week. Principle: Earn more than paid for.
There are so many Entertainments available to us today: Video games, social media, t.v, movies, professional sports… but with great sacrifice of our own dreams, goals and story.
“One can accomplish anything, if willing to pay the price.” Get 4-6 hours of sleep and take cat naps throughout the day as needed. If you’re feeling sick, force yourself to get up and work, go for a walk and sweat it out in the bathtub/sauna.
“Winning is something that builds physically and mentally every day.” “Winning combination is when you’re better or the best talent & you work the hardest.” – football greats.
“When the leg does not walk, the stomach does not eat.” – African Proverb
Chris Garner in movie “The Pursuit of Happyness” was very successful owner of brokerage firm within a few years. Briefly he had to raise his son in shelters and soup kitchens. Success came from by being the FIRST one to the job in the morning and the last one to leave. He made the amount of client calls in 1 day in what most called in 1 week.
Action: I will drink and eat less to increase energy & save on bathroom time. I will rise at 4a.m and get the worm, and work my Income Wizards blog and R.E after my construction day ends. I will stay focused on these main routines as well as making time for my family.
Elevate Imagination to a Whole New Level
Imagination is a gift we possess, no other living thing has it. Books and movies play a powerful influence on our emotions because our minds experience the fantasy as being real. When you’re watching “Rocky”, does part of you feel like you’re fighting with him?
The best movies we watch are the ones we create and direct in our own minds. Our imagination creates and we feel the fantasy, and that fantasy rules our world. Before we can do the impossible, first we must imagine the impossible.
Our imagination can run in either direction of fear or love. We imagine our dream house before we acquire our “Dream house”. Before one builds a Multi-Million Dollar Business, one must envision it.
Ask yourself or your team to imagine how doing _______ would feel? Why don’t you celebrate as if you have just won/succeeded at _______. Celebrate every day until it happens, jump up and down, YELL w/the imagined feeling of victory over opponent/obstacle.
Imagine with such clarity and passion, that objects/opponents will melt away in defeat, winning is the ONLY option. Champions win because they believe they will win, they believe because they imagine victory so many times.
Imagination steers the soul to do the impossible.
Action: Let ur imagination run wild.
would you do with $1,000,000 dollars? I would take a vacation with my
Live anywhere? Probably Colorado in a nice Cabin near the lake. It would look like a mixture of drywall for most of the house & wood (tongue & groove pine) on the great room ceiling.
Be as Curious as Alice
Alice, the child was curious and followed the White Rabbit down the rabbit hole into wonderland.
Children constantly intellectually grow, curious about the world around them and anxious to learn and try new things. We can ask questions at any age, with that childlike thirst for knowledge. Do not fear, for the worst question is the one that is never asked. Make it a good question.
Learn to do from those who do things better or uniquely, and learn what they know. Apply that skill, then learn a new skill, evolving their abilities. Become the best student of your chosen field, the greatest of all time, and always be a student of your game. Always work on a goal, keep trying.
As “what if” questions that will enable and revolutionize your product/service. The secrets of ANYTHING are all available to those who want to learn. Then get in touch w/your inner self, ask why, how and who I can learn from. Keep trying and learning new things
Action: Name some areas in your life you can use Curiosity? Real estate, finding and putting creative deals together that others struggle to do. Blogging better than my competition, trying new things, putting a twist on others way of blogging, experimenting and ramping up the stuff that works. Learning drywall and general contracting better in the way of management, technique, materials and customer satisfaction.

“My past failure and frustrations were actually laying the foundation for the understandings that have created the new level of thinking that I now enjoy.”— Tony Robbins
“Change will come ONLY when the pain of staying the same is greater than the pain of change.”— Dora Lee Scott
Imagine your new future, starting with the things you want to change. Use your frustration as inspiration.
Lean, ideal body weight. Financial independence. Lasting friendships.
Law 21: Fight Adversity like Muhammad Ali
Make a decision to change to something better.

Law 22: Let Controversy Be Your Status Quo
In order to do the impossible, it’s quite possible you will rub people the wrong way once in a while. Someone may dislike you or you may have a competitor that would like to eliminate you.
I am always certain, but could be wrong, and that’s okay.
.“A successful man is one who can lay a firm foundation with the bricks others have thrown at him.”— David Brinkley
Be brave enough to be your Unique Self and what you believe in.
Challenge the status-quo, carve yourself a new path.
Handle conflicts with an open mind. Question people to show you care and understand where they are coming from. Then suggest taking positive, constructive, safe, legal action.
Silence Your Critics
Turn criticism into motivation. The “I’ll show them” attitude. Karate Kid trains and fights back.
For most people negative feedback can be discouraging, but a few are able to turn it into fuel for the fire.
Most think of Einstein’s as a genius, but he was not always thought of that way. Einstein didn’t speak until he was four and did not read until he was seven. His teachers and parents thought he was mentally handicapped, slow, and anti-social. Eventually, he was expelled from school and was refused admittance to the Zurich Polytechnic School. But years later, no one was calling Einstein “slow” when he was winning the Nobel Prize for his breakthroughs in physics.
Action: Next time someone doubts you or gives you a hard time, challenges you, seemly degrades you…. turn it around, see the humor in it & use it to FUEL your FIRE! Rock on DUDE 🙂
Law 24 Charge Your Batteries with Challenges
Why are some people LAZY and some are DRIVEN to excel in life? Laziness stems from boredom, not being challenged or not pursuing a goal. We are lazy when we are not growing.
You ever watch a boring show? You get sleepy from boredom. Chronically tired? Often because we are uninterested with life.
What are you on the hunt for? What has captured your imagination?
Death comes after a lack of energy. Lack of energy comes from not being challenged, which is taking on less than we are capable of.
Life is like a dream, are you rowing?
Passion gives you energy, without energy you have nothing.
The key is to have no distinction between living and working. When your job is your passion, giving a speech, making phone calls, planning a strategy, or writing a business plan is notwork; it’s just another part of living. When you live your passion, your dreams is ENERGY.
The more you lose yourself in something bigger than yourself, the more energy you will have.”— Norman Vincent Peale
The biggest challenge with underachievers is that they have a tendency of giving up right before a MAJOR VICTORY in life.”— Patrick Bet-David
Law 25: Have Heart
Put yourself into situations that take you out of your comfort zone.
Talk to a potential customer even though she might reject you.
Look at your life like an award winning movie with an unexpected twist.
Pat when he was at his low point, in debt used to go downtown, purchase t-shirts for $2 and resell them for $10 on the corner.
When we are on our deathbeds, it probably won’t be the money we are thinking about, but rather about the stories of our time together.
Wrestling and beating the guy who couldn’t be beat. Making love in a field and seeing a walking stick.
New: Wingsuit, bungiejump, Hawii
Pat markets Life Insurance, Annuities, etc.
