Money Maker #1 – Instant Equity aka Wholesaling. Actually one of his favorite ways. You’re not going to find these deals online, nobody’s giving away deals, it takes WORK. It means you gotta be putting in offers, getting creative, find out who is the distressed buyer.
There’s software you can use to help locate deals. You can go old school and knock on doors. You can put out some marketing material online or FLYER if you want. Door to door – “Look, we have a solution if you’re interested to sell this property.”
You’d be amazed at how many people are interested in selling, but just a little nervous. Some people are already trying to sell, their just having problems.
He loves to make money on the front end of the deal. House listed for 100k, he negotiates with seller 75k – BOOM $25k in Equity!
Either look at listings that are brand new or 90-120 days that are old, ripe & ready. If seller’s problems, are BIGGER than the gap of what I’m offering, then we can negotiate and come to middle ground.
