Reach for my dream and reach for the feeling of appreciation. Appreciate for a minute or two.
Get up, shower, brush my hair, eat or drink something.
For 15 minutes into alignment of the fullness of who I am. Achieve feeling of detachment for at least 2-3 minutes.
Go right into thoughts of appreciation, love, joy and happiness.
