How To Change Any Goal Within 5 Seconds Or Less!

5 Second Rule. Be a “Decision Maker” and interrupt autopilot thinking.

When we have an instinctual desire to act on a goal, commitment or intention…
we must physically move within 5 seconds or your brain will kill it.

Silence and hesitation are decisions…and can be traced to every problem.

Do what’s uncomfortable, uncertain, scary or difficult… Do what you should do.
One might not feel like doing it. Do it anyway! Like a rocket without thinking about it.

Goals, intention to change life… opens up checklist in one’s mind.

Here is example of what one should do.

Decision to get up on time, to eat the right things, make kids breakfast,
get them on the bus, drywall & real estate, be nicer to my wife, don’t drink
so much, call a friend…

…Visualfestation (hour of power), fishing,
walk the property and find maple trees & mushrooms,
speak up, do paper work, go over bank statement,
balance check book, call parents, etc.

Note: Drinking too much is usually caused by social stress, financial stress and
career/business stress. Drinking habit is usually developed as teenager or younger.

Note: Social media and texting are similar to drinking as they also release dopamine,
the good feeling drug into your body. People are turning to devices that offer
temporary relief. Having cell phone on table send message to others that
they are not as important and you have an addiction.

Like all addictions, in time it will destroy relationships, it will cost money, it will cost
time and it will make your life worse.

So put your cell phone and social media away… moderate. Silence them at night.
Ideas and innovation will flow to you.

BREAK habit by pretending NASA is there 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 GET Up! (count backwards)

Action Step: You have About 5 seconds to move from the idea that can change
everything into acting on them. Happens in the smallest moment. Hesitate
any longer and run the risk of sabotaging our change in behavior.

Skill of listening to our inner wisdom/intention and lean into it quickly.

Use it to wake up on time… to shaking up our lives. There are moments all day long
where we can apply the 5 minute rule.

Decision maker – you will be a different negotiator, different in sales.
Unstoppable ‘habit’ in your hopes, dreams, potential, confidence, and courage.

Interrupting habits of self doubt, snapping at kids, desire to grab for drink and procrastination.

HIGHER PURPOSE – what’s important to you? TRIGGERS YOU TO act with confidence, this is a moment for courage, to restrain yourself from saying or doing something unsafe or illegal, or to save your kid if they were to fall into a raging river.

Superior attitude, superior state of mind… SPRING into ACTION!

We all want a better life and to be happier with our family.
Deep fulfillment usually takes time to acquire.

Learn a skill-set. It’s okay to ask for help, if you need it.

Become the kind of person you’re thinking about and actually doing it.
