4 Things to “Kill it” in Business and in Life
- Purpose – keeps you happy and alive. Lack of purpose may be depressed, anxiety… Alcohol, drugs or porn.
How to develop Purpose? Constantly working on the things that you like, until you become so good you LOVE them.
Help one person as a real estate investor. Then open up a real estate investment business. Scale drywall and franchise it. Impact lives. In the process things will evolve and you will find your purpose.
- R1.Resourcefulness – always something you want to achieve and there’s always something stopping you from getting there. Got lice? No money for treatment? Siphon gas and wash your hair. IM: Phone to make product…your follow along videos. R2.Relentless in the outcome you’re pursuing – locked on to your goal, obsessed, become a fuckin’ control freak. Control who texts you, who calls me, what my day looks like, what i’m doing. Turn your phone off. Turn your notifications (distractions) off. Don’t let anyone take you off of it. R3.Resiliency – in times when things don’t go your way & come back stronger, like a weed.
- Set higher standards of expectation for yourself and the people around you. Don’t tell your kids to be careful and live a mediocre life. Be a fighter jet, set the alarm, keep your promise (no snooze) and build your confidence. Get Up! And DOMINATE LIFE and BUSINESS… living your purpose. Great self-esteem and self-image.
- Book of Kelly. People around you writing in your book. Putting filters on your eyes and ears on what to see and what to hear. You begin to live a neutered life. Advice: Get the most out of life, take the pen back. There’s plenty of empty pages left in the book. You don’t have to let your spouse, or your parents, or your past dictate what your future is. You write the narrative, you write the future. Because if you don’t, others will.
