Dont’ worry, Be Happy… Man UP!
- Open up and let your emotions out, especially if you’re feeling challenged or pressured. Talk about them. Deal with them. Man up. Let worry, anxious or depression go. You have a heart. Feel a huge weight lifted off your shoulders. Write down and express how you feel.
- Take responsibility or do you shift blame and use excuses? Success is just a decision or 3 away. Make good choices. Tell others how you feel. You’re in control of the situation right now.
Ask your partner what makes them happy and do more of it. Improve it.
Perspective – When you change the way you look at things, things change.
Purpose – what do you want from life? Inspires, excites you. Align with it to achieve it.
Write down the ideal you in 10 years time and write down the most important
values of that person. Are they Loving, funny and confident? Socialize more.
- Appreciation – what are you appreciative for? Wipes out imaginative worry. Worry is only if it is real…safety for yourself and loved ones.
Save 20% of your income and then the rest you may splurge if you like.

Alcohol abuse is more common with men because we tend to bottle up our emotions and appears to take the edge off the pain, the worry issues.
What do you do daily that makes you happy? Do you reward yourself? Take 30 minutes a day and invest in some “Me Time”, something you love to do. Get up 30 minutes earlier and do it! Wake up with Purpose. Get off your damn phone and computer. Disconnect and you’ll feel more inspired to get stuff done.
Exercise more, eat better, drink more water, meditate, read more, push comfort zones, take up a hobby (hunting, fishing), get a massage, dress better, get a massage and start a business.
- Who’s around you?
Network and build your team. Surround yourself with positive, successful people. Stay away from depressed, unfulfilled, low-driven people.
Masterminds, events and mentors (physical or on hangout) are very important in business. They can show you how to systematize and grow. Surround yourself with people who can help your personal growth, it will be one of the best decisions you will ever make.
Old friends that may have been negative or slowing your growth, will drift away from.
