Why do you wanna take your income to the next level?
Why do you wanna lose weight? So I can be lighter on my feet, knee, to be overall more healthy and more energy.
7 levels deep (do this annually): Why is it important for you to lose weight and get down to your ideal weight of 165 lbs and have best health and energy?
Why is that important to you? So I can work longer and make more money and have longer life to be there for my wife in the golden years, kids as they are growing up and the grandchildren.

I know what it’s like to be broke and have no electricity or house, feeling insecure and that was a place I never want to return to. To not be able to help myself and others.

To give my children the good life. To allow them the freedom of choices to do whatever they want.
Why is it important that your children have security and choices?
Because I wanna be in control. (I felt that surge of passion run through me to the core) To be in control so I can make the choices and decisions that empower me, bring me joy and make me feel alive.

2) List out the Dangers of taking on such a project.
3) List out the Opportunities of taking on such a project.
4) List out the Strengths of taking on such a project.
People will listen and buy from you when they feel Understood by You.
Listen to them, focus on what they need/want. They will be attracted to you.
“So what brings you out here on a Sunday?” Listen not only to their words, but what they mean
Understand how others think, get in their head, where are they coming from?
Selling – is giving them the solution to their problems.
What is their ___ing, fear, why do they think that way, what are their stresses, what are their limiting or empowering beliefs, what are their goals, how could I solve their problem put them on track to their goals while still getting what I need,
Then you can unite to solve the problem.

Be honest, open and authentic
Sell people what they want, not what you think they need. Someone might need to quit drinking but want to stop at the bar to numb a bad relationship. Wants stir up their emotions.
Once they say I’ll take it, be quiet. Do not sell past the point of sale.

People don’t care about the facts, they just wanna be understood, especially if they don’t feel good.
Don’t forget who that client is as a person and what he wants after the sale is over. When they know you care, that creates massive connection. Understand their fears and issues and show you care.
Survey, Ask in person what they require, create an ethical bribe to tell you what they want and need, follow relevant trends and data via social media to determine where your clients are clicking and what sites they are hanging out, look at the analytics on your website and identify the parts of your site that gets the most traffic, let them tell you what they want and provide it to them.
Reciprocity. Give without expecting anything in return. How often you give a gift or reward for good behavior? Thank you for ________, here’s a gift to show my appreciation.

Know where where your customers are coming from, realize how they found you, realize what they like and don’t like about your product/service, and grasp what their personal needs are. You will bond with them.
Most people think “If I get the American dream, then I’ll be happy. Actually it is the exact opposite. If you get happy first, all the other things, the car, the lover, the whatever are byproducts of happiness. External things can never truly make you happy. Happiness comes from within.
Write down a list of Things that make you happy. Is it spending the day playing with your kids in the woods with a stream.? Going fishing? Include thoughts that make you happy, things you appreciate and activities that bring you joy. Circle 3-5 items that you feel strongly about.
Do more of the things that make us happy and focus on more of the thoughts and bring us joy TODAY.
