Visioneering Session to Get ANYTHING You Want
- Get comfortable with your eyes closed, roll eyes upwards slightly (see center of forehead). Listen to yourself breath. Focus your attention on slowly taking 5 deep breaths and sound of air coming in and out of your lungs. Feel yourself relax into a detached/Alpha state.
- Pick out an image of a past memory where i was extremely happy. Really get in touch with that experience. Conjure up/recreate a winning feeling or a positive emotion to connect with your image of a future event. I.e Moment you remember falling in love, receiving standing ovation in wrestling, playing at Country Fest. Relive this moment in every detail. Feel the pats on your back, the loving adulation, remember the voices, the smells, the colors, the Walking Stick. Let yourself re-experience all those winning feelings. Own it. (1-2 minutes)
- Envision your future goal that you want to achieve as vividly as possible as if you’ve already achieved it. I.e Mental picture, word, musical note, taste… any sensory image/detail that you can think of. (some people respond better to pictures, feeling, words). I.e Money: See yourself as already having it. Images of me going to the bank with a big deposit. Sitting at my desk at home piled high with $100 bills. Smell the money, roll in it, throw it in the air. See yourself walking down the street wearing the finest clothes. Driving my dream car. Hearing comments of friends wondering how i ever got so successful. See yourself reading books & doing videos. Salesperson, see myself actually closing the sale. Vacation home in Florida(Tony Robbins city?) Picture yourself walking through the front door noticing the color and the texture of the walls, the lawn, the roof, the entry area. Walk through the entire home filling in the details exactly as you would like them to be in your reality. Give your images as much richness and details as you possibly can. Tie in smells, sounds and touch…specify, just like as if you are really there. (When subconscious believes it…path will be revealed to act on it)
- When you open your eyes say “I now allow myself to have $150,000 DOLLARS. So be it, it is done.” (Affirms and releases, not dwell on it, not effort, let it go/surrender, belief that you expect it to happen)
Key Points To Remember
- You must believe that you deserve it. No guilt in being happy. Remove any resistance (guilt) once and for all. Who told you have to suffer to be happy? Pay a price for happiness? Hogwash…that is their belief system of limitation and lack and that they don’t deserve success and happiness. Happiness is simply a state of mind by which our thinking is mostly positive. Don’t wait for the cart ahead of the horse.. Which probably means you’ll be unhappy and unsuccessful in most of your undertakings, so Be Happy and receive success and well-being. Happiness is something you determine and control. Leapfrog to it right now by Being and Acting Happy even when you’re not… it’s what All Winners do… you can do now. Don’t allow anything outside of yourself to influence how you think about yourself. Be apart from circumstance (deal fell through) instead of participating in it. How you react to circumstances, aggressively and positively toward threats and problems. Don’t take it personally… it’s just a deal in a world full of deals. Learn and move on to next deal. Life becomes easier. How do you perceive challenges and obstacles? (negative or positive)
