Question: Is the professor or teacher successful in what he teaches? I went to a local Technical College years ago for computer programing/operating, did an internship, graduated but never perused a career in it. Ended up getting into construction, for better or worse. I guarantee that after 30 years of drywalling and painting, I’d be qualified to teach at a college, online or wherever. Now my interests are in sales, marketing. Three basics of business are Selling, buying & leading. And I’m not talking about self-development either. One things for sure, student debt is no joke. Like anything, if the investment of say $10k can make you $100k, i’d say that it’s worth it.
Some colleges that teach buying and selling are taught by a CPA, who has never bought or sold a business. Would you wanna learn from someone who doesn’t walk the walk?
